Disappointed my sculpture didn’t get selected to be in the graduate exhibition. However, I am very proud of it. Unfortunately, it will end up in the bin as I doubt it will be sold and I simply have no room for it. Hard to see in the pics but here it is hanging in the studio..
In class we have been working on a Virtual Gallery, I have completed my wall and am very pleased with it 🙂
I have always been inspired by the work of Fiona Hall, this work in particular has greatly inspired some of my past work.

Check out Heather Hansen in action, these works are amazing.
Heather Hansen is from New Orleans, She is a performance artist and her work is amazing! Using just some charcoal and her body she creates these symmetrical patterns. Absolutely beautiful.
My 3 metre long painting has been hung in my studio ahead of assessment, not how I planned it would but I had to work with what I had and it’s quite eye catching.
Finished my printmaking finals yesterday! My theme was about emotional growth and I worked closely with patterns. Once each pattern was printed I then folded them into origami butterflies. The butterfly is a symbol of growth and metamorphosis.
And its finally Done! Im loving it! 🙂
From a plain blank sheet to a colourful piece of art!
